[MCHANGES-463] Replace plexus-mail-sender-javamail

This never got out of alpha, was archived over a decade ago, is compiled with Java 1.4, and seems unlikely to keep working in the future, if it even works now. Figure out how to replace this.

Could find an alternative implementation or maybe inline the few classes we need.
