[ARCHETYPE-497] An archetype descriptor with resources in the root folder is not handled very well.

I have created a detailed project on GitHub explaining the problem. Simply put, it is not possible right now to copy the resources using the fileset that refers to the current directory to something else other than (src/main/resources).
