Description
spinnoff from #6106
We named the CharacterUtils impls Java5 / Java4 but by now we don't support Java4 neither Java5 so I think it makes sense to rename them maybe to Unicode5CharacterUtils / Unicode4CharacterUtils?

Research direction
No source files or tests are named. Start by locating the CharacterUtils implementations and all references to their Java5 and Java4 names, then confirm the intended Unicode5CharacterUtils and Unicode4CharacterUtils names before checking that the rename is consistent everywhere.
