Azerbaijani language support

Is there a chance that Azerbaijani language support could be added here? I see that the project already supports Turkish grammar. Since the grammatical structures of these two languages are very similar, adding Azerbaijani support should not be difficult. I was thinking of creating a PR for this issue with the help of AI, but I guess I might need some guidance.

Start by locating and reading Lucene's existing Turkish grammar support and its associated tests to understand the entry points and expected behavior. Define the Azerbaijani language coverage and validation needed, then consider the work done when Azerbaijani analysis is implemented and covered by tests comparable to Turkish support.
