http://s.apache.org/luceneversions doesn't work [LUCENE-9666]

http://s.apache.org/luceneversions redirects to JIRA for me and doesn't give any "information on past and future Lucene versions" as promised in CHANGES.txt and at https://lucene.apache.org/core/8_7_0/changes/Changes.html#v8.7.0.optimizations :(
