Description

We deprecated JaspellLookup in version 4.9 - I do wonder if it's time to get rid of it? I can see it's still used in solr but I don't see if it's deprecated there.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the JaspellLookup deprecation context and searching the Lucene and Solr references mentioned in the issue, especially linked issue SOLR-13230. Confirm whether Solr still depends on it and whether its removal is agreed; done means the dependency question is resolved and JaspellLookup can be removed without leaving required users behind.
