Hi log4net maintainers!

log4net is included in [.NET Matrix](https://matrix.dev-team.org/?category=logging&library=log4net), a reproducible comparison of .NET libraries by features, execution time, and memory allocations.

In the current Logging results, it earned a bronze medal in the Prepare comparison.
