Description
It doesn't appear that there is an equivalent implementation of [Log4j2's RFC5424 Layout](https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/layouts.html#RFC5424Layout) to support the enhanced Syslog specification. Is an log4cxx implementation of this feature on the roadmap?
