Add more purchasing a domain methods

As far as I can tell, there's already an existing method for godaddy dns driver class to purchase a domain.

I wonder if it's possible to add more similar methods for other providers to purchase domains

Start by locating the existing domain-purchasing method in the GoDaddy DNS driver and reviewing how provider drivers expose comparable operations. Clarify which additional providers and API behavior are in scope; the work is done when the agreed providers support domain purchasing consistently with the existing method and have corresponding validation.
