[Improvement] Support to delete EngineSpace ZNodes in all share levels

### What would you like to be improved?

For some reason, our bigdata platform users need to create many random EngineSpaces in USER share level.
We hope the ZNodes of these EngineSpaces can be deleted automatically when engines are stopped.
