Add Matomo analytics to kyuubi-website.

[Matomo](https://analytics.apache.org/index.php?module=MultiSites&action=index&idSite=1&period=day&date=yesterday) is a website analysis tool, which can help us better visualize website data to support some of our decisions.

### How should we improve?

We can refer to [the set up](https://developer.matomo.org/guides/tracking-javascript-guide) to integrate it in the [kyuubi website](https://github.com/apache/kyuubi-website).

### Are you willing to submit PR?

- [ ] Yes. I would be willing to submit a PR with guidance from the Kyuubi community to improve.
- [ ] No. I cannot submit a PR at this time.
