Implement Kyuubi UDF in Trino engine

Kyuubi implemented several UDFs in Spark engine

- `kyuubi_version`
- `engine_name`
- `engine_id`
- `system_user`
- `session_user`

To make consistent, we should implement them in other engines as well

Locate the existing Spark-engine implementations of kyuubi_version, engine_name, engine_id, system_user, and session_user, then inspect how the Trino engine exposes UDFs. Implement the same five functions for Trino and verify that their behavior is consistent with the Spark engine.
