[Bug] Kyuubi Server shutdown immediately after starting when only use MySQL protocol

Kyuubi Server shutdown immediately after starting on the following conditions:
- use an external Zookeeper
- only enable MYSQL frontend protocol

Start by reproducing Kyuubi Server startup with an external ZooKeeper and `kyuubi.frontend.protocols=MYSQL`, then inspect the server startup path and its logs. Compare it with configurations that enable another frontend protocol; done means the server stays running under the reported configuration.
