Most engines provide web UI, as a gateway, it is useful to introduce a reverse proxy function just like Yarn `WebAppProxyServer` in Kyuubi Server to make users access the engine webpages from a single place.

Start in Kyuubi Server and compare the requested behavior with YARN's WebAppProxyServer. Determine how engine web pages should be reached through one gateway, including the proxy entry point and routing expectations. Done means users can access supported engine web UIs from a single Kyuubi location.
