[FEATURE] Support !scala command to execute scala code in kyuubi beeline

scala is also widely used in data development, so it is nice to have scala code support in kyuubi beeline.

For example,
```
!scala
spark.sql("SELECT * from test_keyspace.test_table")
```
It will output the table schema.

Start at the Kyuubi beeline command-handling entry point and trace how commands are executed. Determine how the !scala input should run the shown spark.sql example and expose its output. Done means beeline accepts !scala followed by Scala code and produces the expected table schema.
