[Bug] Query in RUNNING_STATE and never stops when deploying on K8S

### Describe the bug

Engine deployed on K8S, and run the following query on beeline:
select timestamp '2018-11-17';

but it is constantly in RUNNING_STATE and never stops...

Start by reproducing `select timestamp '2018-11-17';` with the Kyuubi engine deployed on Kubernetes using version 1.3.1. Inspect the Kyuubi server and engine behavior while the query remains in RUNNING_STATE; done means the query completes or fails instead of running indefinitely.
