Readd JMS, JPA, CDI examples and XATest

As Aries JPA, Aries CDI, PAX CDI and PAX JMS doesn't support jakarta namespaces, the examples that used them have been removed.

For Karaf 4.5.0, we should reintroduce these example without the dependencies to Aries or PAX. We can eventually create Karaf services as alternatives.

Start by locating the existing Karaf example modules related to JMS, JPA, CDI, and XATest, including any examples removed for the jakarta namespace issue. Check how current examples declare dependencies, then reintroduce the requested examples without Aries or PAX dependencies and verify that they build and run under Karaf 4.5.0.
