Description

### Expected behavior

Correct UI with displaying elements in one scale if "Zoom In" UI

### Actual behavior

By default, UI is not readable, if Zoom In, elements have different scale

It will correctly work only if disable resolution scale on the built-in monitor, but the built-in monitor will be useless

### Steps to reproduce the problem

Launch Jmeter on Ubuntu 22.04.3 64bit

on the laptop with 2 displays
2K 15.4" built-in and FullHD 24.5" outer connected by display port
Nvidea driver version 535 (proprietary, tested)
displays settings
