Save dialog button says Open instead of Save

### Expected behavior

The button in the save dialog should say Save.

### Actual behavior

The button in the save dialog says Open.
After "moving the mouse around" , it changes to Save.

### Steps to reproduce the problem

start jmeter.bat

input some stuff into a test plan

ctrl+s to save

navigate the folders

Note: this issue does not seem to be consistent, now when I tried to record the steps, it almost never happened
Before I entered the filename in the "File Name" field and the button said "Open".

As I see it, the button says "Open" when a folder is selected and "Save" otherwise, but in some cases the switch does not happen.
