Have the equivalent of Maven Profiles

@pmouawad ([Bug 62046](https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla//show_bug.cgi?id=62046&redirect=false)):
It would be nice to have a similar concept to the one provided by Maven.

We would pass on command line :
- J__jmeter_profile=PROD

And JMeter would automatically use components that have set this profile.

Now the complexity is:
- to what components should we add this concept ?:
a) CSV Dataset
b) User Defined Variables
c) Test Plan

- How to add it ? A simple Text field probably
