ModuleController loses the reference to target controller if any of the elements in the path to referenced Controller is renamed

Scenario:

Create a Module Controller referencing a Target controller somewhere.
Save the plan
Rename one of the elements of the path to Target Controller and save the plan
Reload the plan
The Module Controller has lost the path to Target Controller
