[Bug] 使用SessionPool连接集群，insertAlignedTablets接口报错：获取session超时

1. SessionPool连接三节点IoTDB集群：

2. 通过设备遥测信息上报，触发时序数据写入，调用方法：insertAlignedTablets
3. 当QPS大约40的时候，前几百条插入正常，然后报错：

Start in SessionPool.java at getSession (line 363) and insertAlignedTablets (lines 646 and 681), then reproduce the reported workload with a three-node cluster, maxSize=8, and QPS around 40. Trace why connection acquisition times out after several hundred inserts; done means insertAlignedTablets completes successfully under this workload without the reported timeout.
