[Bug] flink CDCExample不能用

Start with the official CDCExample entry point and run the supplied IoTDB 1.3.2 reproduction using the shown CDC options and schema. Check why executing the source table prints no rows even though the entity contains data in the IoTDB interface. Done means the example correctly prints CDC data for root.zhang.table3.
