asfindex should not generate HTML

The asfindex plugin currently generates HTML.
Whilst this makes the template simpler, it also means the output cannot be reformatted.

The plugin should generate a list of entries which can then be formatted by the template.

This would have to be optional, at least initially, so existing sites don't fail.
