Confusing summary page

The count of questions shows the total number of questions, regardless of whether they are still open.

For a logged in user, the count is titled "Awaiting your response".
In my case, it currently says 23, but only one of those is open, so I cannot respond to the other 22.

Also the entries are shown in chronological order, so recent open questions appear at the bottom.

It would be better to put open questions first, and to show how many of the questions are still open.

Start by tracing the summary page's question count and chronological ordering in the repository, then reproduce the logged-in view with a mix of open and closed questions. Done means the count includes only open questions, the label matches that count, and open questions appear before older closed ones.
