Ability to pass configuration credentials via REST api

### Feature Request / Improvement

Today it's impossible to pass Hadoop/aws/spark properties via REST API.
I would love to be able to deploy xtable REST API and be able to pass some variables so that I can use single API to access catalog/file storage with short lived credentials that I could pass via parameters
