Description
### Feature Request / Improvement
Today it's impossible to pass Hadoop/aws/spark properties via REST API.
I would love to be able to deploy xtable REST API and be able to pass some variables so that I can use single API to access catalog/file storage with short lived credentials that I could pass via parameters

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or specific REST entry point. Start by locating the REST API implementation and its current configuration handling, then trace how catalog and file-storage properties are applied. Done means one API can receive Hadoop, AWS, and Spark properties, including short-lived credentials, and use them for the requested storage access.
