Update serverless-workflow-python-quarkus example

Update [serverless-workflow-python-quarkus](https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-kogito-examples/tree/main/serverless-workflow-examples/serverless-workflow-python-quarkus) example.

#### Issues
- When building the project there is an error: `ERROR: Could not build wheels for jep, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects`
- if any additional configuration is needed, it should be mentioned in the readme file

Python version used during the testing: 3.12.3

The issue above is fixed and example works as expected.
