Description
As per #16155, please add the following entry to the release notes:
- Flink's optional `flink-metrics-dropwizard` dependency is no longer shipped in the `iceberg-flink-runtime` fat jar. Without this dependency, the histogram metrics "dataFilesSizeHistogram" and "deleteFilesSizeHistogram" will no longer be published. Users can add manually add back the dependency for the metrics to continue to get published.
