Does the iceberg sink connector support S3 Tables? I see it supports REST catalog but I can't find any specific examples of S3 Tables. I tried setting it up but I get S3 Access Denied exception which implies it's not using the vended credentials. So again my question is, does the iceberg sink connector support S3 Tables?
