Use SeaweedFS to test s3/s3tables api.

With the sunset of minio oss, we need to migrate our s3 compatible storage to other alternatives. [seaweedfs](https://github.com/seaweedfs/seaweedfs) seems quite attractive, they not noly support s3 api, but also s3tables.

Try to substitute seaweedfs for minio, and use it to test s3tables.
