[Feature] support hugegraph-server deployment on k8s

### Feature Description (功能描述)

I wanna know if it's possible to have the official helm chart or plain k8s yaml file for conveniently deployment to k8s. I think it would be nice to have some official supports to write something like ingress, statefulset, headless-service, pvc, etc.
