[Apache] How to sign Apache ICLA

### ICLA (签名须知)

#### 个人用户
1. 下载 [ICLA模板](https://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.pdf) (https://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.pdf)
2. 填写几项**必填资料**即可, 如何填写可参考: (以 ICLA 最新版为准)

- [shenyu icla 流程](https://shenyu.apache.org/zh/community/icla/)
- 请注意通讯**地址**需要填写到**门牌号**, 否则可能会被打回重填，签名必须手写不可自动生成


**PS:** ICLA 每个人均需“亲自手写”签署，可用 Mac 电子签/ PDF 工具手写或拍照(推荐电子签＋拍照都发-双保险)，签完后发送到 `secretary@apache.org` 邮箱。

- 如果已经具有 Apache ID 的同学，可填写现有 Apache ID。
- 可参考已有[Apache ID List](http://people.apache.org/committer-index.html)，在发送 ICLA 之前可设置自己喜欢的名字（后续会自动作为 Apache ID）。
