**_Tips before filing an issue_**
Users may sometimes modify the bucket num, and the inconsistency of the bucket num will lead to data duplication and make it unavailability. So, do we need to promote the bucket number as table config instead of a write config, this way, we can perform a configuration consistency check before starting the job.
