[Milestone 1] Clean managed blob files

### Task Description

**What needs to be done:**
Update the cleaner to compute the managed blob files that are only referenced in the files that are marked for deletion by the cleaner.

**Why this task is needed:**
The user should be able to rely on Hudi to remove the blob files when they are no longer referenced by the table.
