[Feature Request]: Link RDBMS metadata editor with db perspective

### What would you like to happen?

Add a button on the RDBMS metadata editor that opens the database connection in the db perspective.
That way you can immediately explorer and query.

Likewise, the inverse should be possible. We should be able to open the connection metadata from the db perspective.
