Description
### What needs to happen?
The Getting Started Hop GUI documentation appears to be out of date for the current Hop GUI:
https://hop.apache.org/manual/latest/getting-started/hop-gui.html
In Apache Hop 2.18.1, the project/environment controls are located at the bottom of the Hop GUI, but the Getting Started documentation describes project/environment management as part of the main toolbar and includes two screenshots showing the older layout.
This caused confusion while following the Getting Started instructions as a new user.
The same page was previously updated under #4552, but the GUI appears to have changed since then.
Suggested update:
- Update the text describing where the project/environment controls are located.
- Update the screenshots that still show the older GUI layout.
- Update the page to reflect the current bottom/footer area of the Hop GUI, including the controls now located there.
Affected page:
Getting Started > Hop GUI

Research direction
Start with the linked Getting Started > Hop GUI page and compare its project/environment instructions and screenshots with the current Hop GUI in Apache Hop 2.18.1. Update the text and screenshots to show the controls in the bottom/footer area, including the current project/environment controls.
