[Feature Request]: Description field for environment JSON files

### What would you like to happen?

It would be great to have an option to add a description alongside the environment JSON file; it makes it easier to understand the purpose of the file and the variables it contains. Another idea would be to have a hover-over feature that displays a message showing which variables and values ​​are in that specific file.
