[Feature Request]: SSIS package or Datastage ISX convertor

### What would you like to happen?

**The situation today :**

you have old dinosaure SSIS and Datasatge PX 11.7 the customer that are stuck with these technology that they built for decades, have 2 choices

1. Pay more , go to cloud and modernize on the same technology **spending like hell !!!!**
2. Rewrite it all in dbt, databrick , or so, **double spending like hell !!!!**

what about we give them a third choice , have an ETL that is CI/CD ready, with remote engine already modernized they just bring they source dev and they are 80% ready all left is architectural fine tuning and non regression testing and that's it , modernize with less money

I personally worked on converting ISX from 11.7 to datastage next gen (json) on cloud , i know its doable , and when i see SSIS XML source code its very easy to convert i think

I'm not saying we can convert it all 100% i'm saying if we do the heavy lifting , this will encourage all these customers to have a thought about HOP and this my give them hope....;)
