[Feature Request]: Enhanced debugging mode

### What would you like to happen?

I opened an issue about enabling caching (https://github.com/apache/hop/issues/6537). One suggestion would be to add this functionality to debug mode; this would add value to using the option. Besides the possibility of step-by-step execution, it would be possible to change the input value of the transformation, revert to the previous transformation, and adjust the transformation according to the data in progress, as well as enable or disable output transformations during debugging. Something at a debugging level similar to what VS Code offers. I know it's a big and probably difficult task, but I believe it would be of great value for pipeline development and error validation in Apache Hop.
