[Feature Request]: On-screen controls below the minimap + minimum zoom of 10% + minimap snapping (right/left)

### What would you like to happen?

Objective: Improve the usability of the Apache Hop editor by concentrating the navigation/zoom controls near the minimap, allowing a minimum zoom of 10% and enabling snapping of the minimap to the left or right.
