[BUG]: Hop Conf `-sv` and `-cfv` seem broken

We'll need to look into it in more detail, but the `-sv` and `-cfv` options indeed only seem to return the usage without any syntax error or useful information.
What you can do for now is manually add the value for your `HOP_SYSTEM_HOSTNAME` variable to your `$HOP_CONFIG_FOLDER/hop-config.json`. That requires a manual action, but it only needs to be done once per environment.
