[Feature Request]: Manual pipeline metrics refresh & status

### What would you like to happen?

I still get the occasional failure to refresh the metrics in the Hop GUI when running pipelines for a long time (hours).
So I think it would be beneficial to have a checkbox in the toolbar above the pipeline metrics to reflect the "automatic update" status (enabled or not).
I also would like to have a manual refresh button just in case the GUI doesn't update automatically.

Start in the Hop GUI pipeline metrics toolbar and trace how automatic metrics updates are currently handled. Add the requested automatic-update status indicator and manual refresh control, then verify that the metrics can be refreshed manually and that the automatic status is visible.
