[Feature Request]: Enable Bulk operations in Unit Test Steps Remove/Bypass

### What would you like to happen?

Please add Bulk operations to the 'Remove from test" and 'Bypass in test' similar to the Enable and Disable Hops between selection.

Start in the Hop GUI implementation for Unit Test Steps and compare the existing bulk Enable and Disable Hops between selection actions. Add equivalent bulk behavior for Remove from test and Bypass in test; done when both actions work across the selected steps as requested.
