[Feature Request]: "Check webservice availability" to work behind a proxy

### What would you like to happen?

As a developer or company using hop in production I would like to be able to use the workflow action "Check webservice availability" behind a proxy.

Impact: Currently I am unable to use this action as it gets blocked by the company's proxy
