[Bug]: Transform Add XML remove namespace xmlns

### What happened?

Hello guys,

I have a problem with a transform Add XML on Element Name field to set namespace xmlns.

I am migrate Hop version 2.8 to 2.12, and found this bug.

In first picture, i'm showing run result in hop 2.8, work perfect!

In second picture, replace field didn't work.

But if rename value to another name if dont xmlns, works fine, like picture three.

Start by reproducing the Add XML transform in Hop 2.12 on Java 21 and Windows, using the Element Name field to replace or set the xmlns namespace; compare the result with Hop 2.8. Done means xmlns is preserved or updated as expected, while other element-name replacements continue to work.
