[Bug]: Dynamic SQL does not provide template fields when verifying

### What happened?

«Show Output Fields» after the Dynamic SQL action does not show the template fields from the template SQL String provided within the transform. After open/save the transform, the fields are shown, however. When performing a verify in a (parent) pipeline, the template fields are not provided to the stream, either.

Reproduce the issue in Apache Hop 2.10.0 on Linux with Java 17, 22, or 23 using a Dynamic SQL action and a template SQL string. Compare «Show Output Fields» before and after opening and saving the transform, then verify the parent pipeline; done when template fields are provided in both cases.
