[Feature Request]: Make CTRL+Z working after a save

### What would you like to happen?

After saving a workflow / pipeline, we can't use CTRL+Z. If a user delete some stuff, then save or launch the workflow / pipeline, he has no possibility to put back with CTRL+Z what he just deleted. This can be really problematic in some cases.

Start by tracing how workflow and pipeline edits are recorded and how saving or launching affects the existing CTRL+Z action. Confirm the behavior for deleting content, then saving or launching, and define done as restoring those deletions with CTRL+Z afterward.
