[Feature Request]: Include support for java grok patterns in the Regex Transform.

### What would you like to happen?

There is this great project called Java Grok. It contains named RegEx patterns that help people build what would normally be complicated regex patterns to process logs etc. It would be greatly beneficial to be able to use such a library of regex shorthand patterns to build more complicated regex expressions to process data with that passes through this transform.
