[Feature Request]: Evaluate the use of Golang to re-design Hop scripts

### What would you like to happen?

To overcame the possibile limitation of os platform's shell scripts, we must evaluate the usage of Golang as a platform to re-design all the various scripts we can find in Hop. The pro of this approach is to have a unique script written on a powerful scripting laguage that can be compiled as a binary as run on any specific target platform (Windows, Linux, MacOs)
