[Feature Request]: Stream Lookup: allow more than one lookup to take place

Instead of just having one lookup of a key and one retrieval of a value, allow multiple to take place.  This helps a lot with key/value tables and the expansion of lots of dimension values.

Start with the Stream Lookup transform and trace how it performs the current single key lookup and value retrieval. Determine the design needed for multiple lookups, then verify that key/value tables and expansion of multiple dimension values are supported as described in the request.
